My Landscape Paintings are very influenced by growing up on Long Island and spending weekends in at my former home in Northwestern Connecticut.

Many of my Floral Paintings are painted from reference photos of flowers and plants grown from my own backyard garden...

Which gives me a lot of satisfaction in knowing that I helped mother nature grow some beautiful creations and hopefully my paintings let them live on!

Still life paintings are a favorite of mine. They require more time and effort than you would normally think! It's a challenge to build a story with objects and settings. I'm always on the look out for interesting objects and props to utilized in my next still life composition.
